Terms of Service

1 · What we do

We design, build, host and care for websites, ecommerce stores, WhatsApp lead systems, brand identities and related business automation. Every engagement is defined by a fixed written quote: the scope, the price and the go-live date, in writing, before you pay anything.

2 · Prices & tax

Published prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All prices — published packages, Care plans, hosting and quoted work — are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where any tax, duty or levy applies to an engagement, it is stated on your quote or invoice and payable in addition to the listed price.

3 · Payment

50% starts the work; 50% is due before go-live (for brand-only engagements, before final files). The delivery clock starts when your deposit clears and your content arrives. Care plans and operated services bill month to month; hosting bills annually.

4 · Our guarantees

The Deposit-Back Design Guarantee. Approve the design, or your deposit comes back — and you keep the concept drafts.

The Date-in-Writing Promise. Your go-live date is written into the quote. If we miss the written date and the delay is ours, your first month of Care is free.

The 10-Day Live Promise applies to Growth builds: live within 10 working days of deposit and content.

The Real-Order Test applies to ecommerce builds: before handover we place a real order through your store, end to end.

The Never-Miss Guarantee applies to the Lead Guard Care plan: we test your lead flow end to end every month; if an inquiry path is broken and we didn't catch it first, that month of Lead Guard is free.

No other outcome — rankings, traffic, revenue or lead volume — is guaranteed, by us or honestly by anyone.

5 · Revisions

Each package includes unlimited revisions within its stated number of rounds. A round closes when you approve it. Work beyond the quoted scope or rounds is quoted separately in writing before it starts — never invoiced by surprise.

6 · Your content, your ownership

You provide (or approve) the content and confirm you have the right to use it. On full payment at go-live, the deliverables are yours: domain, files, data, accounts and analytics, registered to you. We may show the work as part of our portfolio only with your written permission.

7 · Care plans & cancellation

Care is optional on Starter and Growth sites; Lead Engine sites include a minimum Care tier — that's how the lead-flow guarantee stays honest. Upgrades apply from the next cycle; downgrades after three clean months on your current tier. You can cancel month-to-month services at any cycle end; everything recorded stays with you.

8 · What we're not liable for

We deliver with professional care, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, payment providers, hosting upstreams), or content you supplied. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you actually paid us for it.

9 · Fair use, both ways

We may decline or end work that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive to our team. If we end an engagement without cause, unused deposits for undelivered work are returned.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
