Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect only what we need to reply to you and deliver your project. We don't sell your data. Ever. Message us at [email protected] any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
What we collect
What you send us. When you contact us — through the form on this site, on WhatsApp, by phone or email — we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, business name, contact details, city and what you need built.
What our site records. Standard analytics (page views, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics 4 and, where enabled, a self-hosted Umami instance. Form submissions may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals to block spam.
What we don't collect. No payment-card data is entered on this site. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare your written quote, deliver and support your project, keep a record of our work together in our business systems, and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you become a client, your project records (briefs, approvals, invoices) are retained for as long as we're required to keep business records under Pakistani law.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the work possible: our hosting infrastructure, analytics providers named above, and Meta's WhatsApp Business platform when you talk to us there (WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy). We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Your project data is yours
Content, accounts and analytics we set up for a client project are registered to the client and handed over at go-live. If you leave, your data goes with you — nothing held hostage.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies its analytics and spam-protection need. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Security & retention
Access to inquiry and client records is limited to the people delivering the work. Inquiries that never become projects are deleted from our working systems within a reasonable period. You can shorten that at any time by asking.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — WhatsApp +92 333 4771229 or email [email protected]. We reply within business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 PKT).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. We won't quietly reduce your rights.
